Peanut Turkey Pita Pockets

Ingredients:
16oz. cooked turkey, cubed
Package of Pita Pockets
4 tabl. oil
4 tabl. peanut butter
4 tabl. fresh lime juice
4 tabl. dark brown sugar
4 minced green onions
2 teas. soy sauce
2 teas. cumin
Peanuts

Instructions:
Combine oil, peanut butter, juice, sugar, onions, sauce and spice in 2 qt. microwave safe dish.  Mix sauce thoroughly, stir in turkey.  Cover turkey completely with sauce.  Microwave on medium power 5 - 7 minutes.  Spoon into pita pockets and sprinkle with peanuts.
