Warm German Potato Salad

Ingredients:
about 8 medium red potatoes
1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 cup sugar
2 tabl. flour
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 cup water
1 teas. salt
4 teas. pepper

Instructions:
Fry bacon, break up pieces.  Cook potatoes, cool , peel and slice.  Put about 2 tabl. bacon drippings, saute onions.  Combine flour and sugar.  Add remaining ingredients plus potatoes and bacon.  Mix thoroughly and heat through.  Serve warm.
