Recipe:
Cheese Cake

Ingredients:
Graham Cracker Pie Crust
12 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2 teas. vanilla

Instructions:
Mix eggs, sugar, cream cheese and vanilla together until smooth.  Pour into crust and bake 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.  Cook until firm.

Topping
1 cup sour cream
3 1/2 tabl. sugar
1 teas. vanilla

Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla together until smooth and pour on top of filling.  Bake 350 degrees 5 - 10 minutes.  keep overnight in refrigerator.
